AI Studio: Handle Out-of-Scope Queries in AI Expert Chat by Redirecting to Studio Chat
Description: Currently, when a user asks an AI Expert something outside its domain (e.g., UI actions like “open the collection panel” or “show AI notes”), the system responds with a generic fallback such as “not enough information.” These queries are not actually invalid, they are just outside the expert’s scope and better suited for Studio-level actions. Current Behavior: User asks a UI or platform-level action inside an Expert chat. Expert responds with a fallback message indicating lack of information.

On page reload, a frontend message (“I've opened EXP_NAME for you. Ready to dive in?”) appears and hides previous chat messages. This occurs when an experience is opened during refresh or when user manually opens an experience from the Library panel.
