Profile Settings → Security: User can set the same password as the current password (should not be allowed)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Profile Settings → Security.

2. In the Change Password section, enter:

   • Current Password → X

   • New Password → X (same as current)

   • Confirm New Password → X

3. Submit the form.

4. Password is accepted successfully.
