FE : Issue with Follow Button and Toast on Quest Detail Page

On the Quest Detail page, the Follow button is currently a dummy it’s not making any API call for Follow/Unfollow.

he Toast message that appears is not consistent with the rest of the app. It’s not using the Sonar library Toast, which we use everywhere else.
