Audience Manager- Staging - Bug - Post outreach flow update

The outreach flow feels incomplete right now, it states that the outreach is started but there should be a way to know when outreach ends, or even a progress bar behind the text “Targeting 50 prospects” for understanding that the outreach is in progress
