AI Expert should be self identifying

Background

Currently, an AI Expert can answer domain-specific questions based on uploaded/ingested content using RAG. To improve user experience, we need a basic intelligence layer that works across all experts, regardless of their domain. This layer should handle platform knowledge (AISquare essentials), self-identification.
